Inconsistent

The app shows me packages that I received a year ago, even after I deleted it back then. It will show me a package is on the way one day and then it disappears and I can no longer track. Then it doesn’t track packages that are on the way. UPS app way better and consistent!!

Bad delivery

You constantly drop my packages off at the wrong area on my property. I would just like it to be dropped off where I had put in delivery directions.. This is becoming a very difficult matter. I would hope somebody would deal with it. I would really set like somebody to address this

Embarrassing

For such a large brand this app is horrible and FedEx delivery is even worse. App won’t even open half the time, says I have no deliveries one moment then I do the next.

Used to be easy

I’m having the hardest time simply getting to the Order Copies page. I get messages that I need a shopping account?? Ugh.

App is literally biggest POSS

My goodness, does ANYTHING ever work on this app? The LOGIN is completely F and NEVER EVER WORKS PROPERLY. This app should be -2 stars and fire anyone who works on this and thinks this is acceptable. UPS is lapping FedEx twenty times over now in mobile app.

It seems I have to log in to the app again every time I use it, which also sometimes fails.

What’s the point of having a delivery date

If instead of meeting the date, you just change it. Lately my package was 2 hours away from me 3 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s insane.

Just fails

You can add a tracking number, but it might be gone the next day and you have to add it again. Sometimes there are two tracking numbers for the same package so that’s confusing. It takes forever for the app to get data from the server and requires you to manually refresh the app immediately after you open it. If you open a link from another app (eBay for instance) if you have this app installed it still just opens in a browser, rather than redirect to the app. I want to like FedEx, but the lack of QA and buggy programming of this app are both just too much. It’s very very annoying and difficult to use. It’s also just difficult to get a searched tracking number to appear in the “on the way” list. There’s no button to add it to that list and shipments don’t add themselves when you search. Basically this offers nothing more than simply doing a Google search of your tracking number.

Package

I ordered an item and they were 7 hours earlier then they said they would be then they took the item and said they would resend it again later that day but then they just said nah your fine and made it so i had to wait 4 more days just to get my item and it was express not worth it at all amazon is way better and user friendly

The old app worked fine

If you’re going to update something, do it for the better. This app logs out, is glitchy, and not user friendly

Can’t delete old address

When I tap the “Ship” (Shipping Address) icon my old address is displayed. The “Edit” button doesn’t save any changes I make. How do I delete the old address?

Fix it!!

App keeps crashing and glitching. You click on a package to track and it keeps going back to the home page making it impossible to do anything with the app.

Easy and convenient

Delivery was on time and with utmost care. The FedEx App is also such a nifty tool for tracking your deliveries. FedEx locations are also very convenient and typically in common places like Walgreens and grocery stores. Overall FedEx is definite 5/5 stars!

Service has tanked

We live 20 miles from town. We used to get delivery to the house for 29 years (1 mi. From mailbox). now packages are left in the dirt but 2 smaller ones today were put in the mailbox at our mailboxes on the county road. No telling what will happen tomorrow when a few packages are due. We have had a lot of rain and our dirt is now mud. A few months ago I ordered an $800 mattress from Sam’s Club that was left on the county road at my neighbor’s gate (2 miles from me) in the dirt.

App is useless now 4/4/25

The updates have ruined the app. It now hides tracking on packages out for delivery. Wish at this point that the retailers I buy from give me the option to use UPS . Way more accurate and doesn’t take days to show the packages are in transit

Bugs

App needs work. Not smooth, “logs me out” until I refresh the page. Loses saved and favorited tracking information. Better off using the mobile site.

The progress bar is stopped at “delivery exception” but the travel history says it’s out for delivery. Which is it?

Infinite spinning wheel

unable to log in. Credentials are correct but the login never occurs, just a spinning wheel. (logging in)

Driver

I appreciate that. I have had the same Driver for a good while now. I told him the other day what a great job he does and I appreciate him. It’s nice to see someone, faithful and doing a good job

Nothing worked

I couldn’t get the notifications to work and I did the electronic signature that didn’t work either and now I’m waiting for at least another day

Wildly inaccurate

Delivery date is wildly optimistic and packages are usually not tracked for days and delivered several days late. There is no way to contact anyone for their lost packages or those listed as delivered that were not.

App is broke

I updated the app and it does not work. It never opens up and does not work at all.

Awful App

The latest update to your app is terrible. It crashes often, and when it doesn’t crash, it never consistently shows the packages I’m waiting for. Fix your app. It’s 2025.

Four outbound Ground shipments to date, with one inbound International Air reception shipment. Excellent service, on time deliveries, and undamaged goods per feedback from customers. I sure hope this is sustainable and continues. Shipping punctuality and reliability is essential for efficient running of my busy small business. I have been in business in Maine for 34 years. I have been very disappointed with “the other” poor alternatives and their repeated losses of shipments, incredibly late deliveries, often damaged packages and callous attitudes about their redundant mistakes. Many sincere thanks to personnel at Fed Ex thus far!

Full of bugs on iPhone

This app has been messed up for several months. Everytime you look to see progress on your package, it asks to update push notification preferences. When you do update them you get an error. Half the time you can’t see incoming packages until you clear the filters whether you have any set or not.

Barely usable

The app used to be great. Then the widget stopped functioning and now you have to wait for the app to re login every time. So you open the app and it's on old data and you have to wait several seconds for it to re login. It then says there's nothing new until you select all packages. Then it'll show you what's in fact headed your way. It's just several extra steps. Using the web interface is much faster.

App won’t let me login, every time it states “session expired”. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Didn’t help at all. Horrible.

What a waste

Setup the app and it worked for 2 days. Then said wrong PW that was saved. Then locked out. Tried to reset but never got the pin through text or email. Called and the said maybe wait 60 min and try again. My delivery date passed 2 days ago and they said maybe today even though there are no updates to show

Who is giving this app good reviews?

The app is garbage. Its buggy, doesn't load current info, doesn'r properly show status, and unlike the UPS app it doesnt automatically load tracking numbers associated with my address

Best delivery yet

Most recent FedEx deliveries have been super inconvenient because the driver drops the box off at the street instead of bringing it up to our house and leaving it at our front door. Thanks for doing it right this time. Keep up the good service.

my name is elizabeth hernandez,I been waiting for my package for 5 days right now first day driver don’t come up here just leave the door tag and live second day I was watching the window because is a medication I’m waiting for he never passed by and a got a new text message He missed me i call to the company and nobody help me this guy didn’t show up today monday and he did it again, I got a text message saying he miss me again today finally a lady help she said today I going to get my package this review is for jonathan fedex driver , he’s working by 10452 are in the bronx I hope you do your job in the future that’s wy you get paid for it customer no need to pass this inconvenience because you just decided no to complete the delivery and for fedex I hope the you work a way to control your driver because you are paying for priority service and your drivers some of them don’t doing the job

Every time you try to check tracking number it says offline but going straight through without app it works

Very glitchy and missing basic features.

The app routinely logs me out, even while I’m in the middle of a task. The delivery windows are never accurate, which is highly frustrating for direct signature items. Sometimes it will say 2-4pm and they’ll attempt delivery at 9:15 am while other times they’ll come at 7 pm. There is no ability to pre-sign for a direct signature item. I actually have a job and I cannot be home for a 14 hour delivery window. FedEx is so frustrating and their app is far behind the competition.

Worst shipper ever to exist

Literally the worst shipper ever they couldn’t get a package to it’s destination on time if they had to deliver to the building next to them. There a joke.

Horrible App

Tracking numbers disappear when items are in route, clicking on a shipment for details and details are not available. Need to show how close the driver is…number of stops away or map with the vehicle. Check out what Amazon and UPS do for what is missing.

New version is awful

The new version logs user out every day. Refresh doesnt work. App worked so much better before.

I don’t know what they did to this app but it is t working anymore. It crashes as soon as you try to open it.

Complete Garbage Company.

I am sure a majority of us have had our issues with FedEx. Whether it’s lost packages or lazy drivers, it seems to be a widespread issue with FedEx. I do not understand how this company is still running. For the last 6 months, my experiences with them have been so terrible. They’ve lost my packages several times and have the most terrible customer service as well as tracking services ever. The app is unusable garbage. When trying to modify the Hold At Location instruction, it just crashes. This happens every single time for me. Trying to look at your inbound packages? Here you g-SIKE just kidding, back to the main menu you go. FedEx needs a class action lawsuit. If you have an option of using ANY OTHER shipping service, go with them.

Used to be a reliable app

I am befuddled at how this app in 2025 has devolved into providing bad information, buggy status updates, and has an inability to “save preferences” like showing that a package is on its way. It used to be good a few years ago, I have to wonder if it was completely rebuilt.

Frustrating

Too annoying, doesn’t display shipments without changing filters, doesn’t remember filters, can’t get to delivery details without dismissing ridiculous popup. Also does not display nicknames on list of packages.

Doesn't do what it says it should. Misrepresents missed deliveries

First of all, my recent searches don't show up under recent searches for tracking numbers. It was a package addressed to my wife so it doesn't show up on my Home Screen. Second, when an indirect signature is required and you change delivery to a pick up location because you're not going to be home during the delivery window, the status changes to "we tried to deliver" and "recipient was unavailable" which is a lie. Fix it to be more accurate.
