Delivery Manager

I read the reviews that described the difficulties in using the FedEx mobile app. They are true! I signed up giving all required information and when I went to sign in I was not found in the system. After several trys and after re-entering all information I gained access. When trying to access Delivery Manager I was met with an "Exam Error" message and told to try later. After a dozen trys or so I deleted the app. After contacting support I have yet to here back from them after several days. Poor performance FedEx!
