It’s a waste of time & cash hiring FedEx! Each time they fail to deliver! Customer service is deplorably rude! I took time off work. Contacted them 1h after time & spoke to woman terribly rude & spiteful & responded they’ll arrive by end day, tried to find out when the day was over, they replied can’t say, I wondered if I have to wait till midnight? No reply! I asked where I can file complaint & am told it won't make a difference! How can this company still exist when not caring about customers?

Their new app sucks It is too complicated for the average user and is very difficult to change delivery location far enough in advance of package delivery. It leads to unnecessary texts by FedEx to the customer’s and unnecessary phone calls. So app does the optic what it needs to do in terms of reducing manpower and ease burden.

When the app is working I love it however for over a month I got an "unable to track package" error upon loading. After that the app would no longer load. There was a recent update that I hoped would fix this but it didnt. The only way I got it to work again was to delete and reinstall. Hopefully the bugs are worked out so this app is as useful to me as my UPS app is.

No delivery information about a package delivered today. No text message feature available either. Latest FedEx app lags competition.

Worthless app. Cant even use it because I cannot get pass the user agreement. Typical fedex.

Junk Cannot enroll in order to sign for package. Will not allow me to proceed with either a log in or enrollment Does not recognize an existing account Does not email user name or password reminder Useless!!!!!

Installed it about six weeks ago and it worked OK. Not as good as apps of other shipping companies. The 8/2/2016 update wont let me past the EULA, though, even after removing and reinstalling the app. Guess Ill remove it and maybe check back later to see if the next update works better (or at all).

This app has always been far inferior to the UPS mobile app. Recently it added the ability to not load completely 50% of the time I try to use it. When it works the most I can do is see an estimated arrival date and where my packages are sitting for days while the transfer to the USPS for final delivery. Their smartpost service should be names slowpoke service.

Since I changed over from FedEx mobile recently. This app is useless. Cant track my packages instead it gives an error message.

Like the title says this latest update is crashing constantly. More like it freezes when trying to open the app. Some error message tries to display saying "Unable to..." but disappears as quickly as it appears when opening the app. I have the iPhone 6S Plus with latest iOS version.

I re-installed this app after deleting it in June due to programming errors. It worked for two days then its been displaying the error message that it cannot update the data. Ive deleted and reinstalled-installed twice with the same result. Using iPhone 5S updated IOS to 9.3.4. Reverted to full version of FedEx for tracking management.

Used the app to set up a vacation hold. Set it up and logged out and back in twice to make sure it was reflected and it was. FedEx? Doesnt see and they delivered the package anyway. Cant depend on the app so its a worthless POS. Only OK to tracking shipping status and not much else. Previous app had less bugs and was better. This one may end up costing me $700 which was the cost of good left at my house while I wasnt home.

Something happened in the last update. App wont let me login anymore (invalid credentials), despite deleting and re-downloading. Worse is that I cant even reset password through the app. I know my login credentials as I can login on the website.

Pro tip to the development team: it REALLY makes your customers happier when you TEST app updates across phone models and OS versions BEFORE you release them. The newest update hangs at launch!

The app has been down for 2 days now!

I really like FedExs service but this app looks and operates like amateur hour.

Now I can get my rates easily!
