App works great, its a huge help when tracking packages. My only gripe is when I name packages the name disappears next time I open it.

It is inconceivable to me how a giant company like FedEx can put out such a crappy product. Cannot even login - continues to give me error messages.

A multi-billion $$ company should be able to do better. Does NOT allow you to sign for a package. Sends you to the website for everything except basic tracking. Nearly, but not quite, a useless app.

Previous versions were better. Honestly, so fed up with fedex...

I really like the app but it is missing one thing. I would like to see the app allow for notifications - Badges, Sounds, and Banner. That wild be great.

Its good for tracking however, its a waste of space and time since you cant do much more than that without getting tons of errors. The website isnt all that much better. All I want to do is provide delivery instructions. The website keeps asking me to register when I click that option even though I am registered and logged in. It gives no other option but cancel. The app keeps giving me errors saying that it cant do this at this time etc. Also your user name has to be case sensitive. I wish it wouldve said that because I had a lot of trouble logging in.

Holy cow, what a terrible app!!! The map is wrong, locations now where indicated. Too bad I had to find out the hard way that this app is horrid and woefully inaccurate.

This new update it terrible! It looks nice but once I paste a tracking number I expect it to stay there and then when I go back into sign in all it does is crash. Going for ups now, plus their support and RATES ARE CHEAPER by a long shot.

I have a FedEx account & delivery manager but am unable to login. Every time I try I am told that theres an error and to try again later. I have verified that all of my information is correct. This would not be SUCH an issue if their website worked even a little bit however it NEVER works no matter the computer or browser. I dont think Ive ever written an app review but Fedex has the worst & most ineffective online presence of any major company Ive encountered.

If there was a a way to give negative stars I would. Absolute garbage of an app. So pretty much in line with there service in general.

Ive had several issues with this app. I dont normally do reviews but the app would really come in handy if it freakn worked. I have changed my password several times in hopes of that maybe I forgot the password, but that wasnt the case. The app will simply not let me login saying error. Come on FedEx as big a company as you are youd think youd have an app that works. So tired of this. The UPS app works wonderful!! Might have to choose them more often

iPhone user here. I was skeptical given its rating but I love it! Very easy to use and it saves all of the tracking numbers I enter. If you sign in with your fedex account it sorts them by shipments coming TO or FROM you :-) Wtg FedEx!

I downloaded this app thinking it would make it easier to track shipments and leave instructions for delivery. Too bad the app crashes in the middle of the process every time... It also opens half of everything you select in a web browser instead of just opening in the app. Deleting this app now...

As an app, it does very little other than launch your web browser for functionality found on their website. Huh?

I read the reviews that described the difficulties in using the FedEx mobile app. They are true! I signed up giving all required information and when I went to sign in I was not found in the system. After several trys and after re-entering all information I gained access. When trying to access Delivery Manager I was met with an "Exam Error" message and told to try later. After a dozen trys or so I deleted the app. After contacting support I have yet to here back from them after several days. Poor performance FedEx!

I constantly get errors anytime I do anything. It is sort of functional with Delivery Manager as long as you dont want to do anything and just view the main page. The UPS app is worlds better.

Got home and had a door tag on my door. I scanned the bar code and signed for my package. So easy!

Wont show my package info for more than a second before an error shows up and backs out of the tracking.

Love the look and feel - was able to navigate and track packages quickly and getting rating quotes so easily - great app!
