When clicking on a shipment being tracked, an error message pops up immediately saying, "The action you requested could not be completed at this time. Please try again in a few minutes." I have been trying for a day now, please fix this!

Just downloaded this app and it works great! Couldnt find updates on my package online just showed it sitting somewhere! On the app it gave me up to date location tracking!!

So, just downloaded this app, and started to use it and at first I was a little disappointed. Its a bit cumbersome for a cell phone with too many options being on the screen so you have to scroll around to get to what spot you want, but when you do your in the sweet spot. Once your into the tracking or checking freight rates it is really super easy and has all the options you would like to view without all the mess of having too much on one page. Once I got in I had no problem tracking my package, which is super important to me. In the morning when I wake up I have to find out how my package is doing and where it is at. I dont like that feeling of not knowing where my package is. This app has the ability to find my package, get its precise location, and tell me when its going to come. So easy and simple! But, that opening page is so awkward. Too bulky and does not mesh well. That would be the only backdraw to this app that I have seen so far. Maybe down the road I may be able to write a more informative review after more use and hopefully some more updates. But still, great app mostly overall.

Great intro banners that helped me understand all of the new features available! App worked great at tracking. Looking forward to using the vacation feature!

Have loved the new app, but this latest version is really a good upgrade.

The whole reason I wanted this app was for push notifications. It appears they are not an option. I dont understand why they arent.

Theres an "Exam error" that pops up when you try and register stating to try again in a few minutes. Its now been over a day. Of course, your customer service line wont help me hold my package either. Useless app!

To create your account, go through a browser. The app has a bug that puts you in an endless loop when trying to sign up.

Great app it automatically imports tracking data.

Cant see ship history. Cant log in. Airy feek fedex.

Nice app friendly to use

Pretty bad when I answer all the validation questions correctly, yet tells me I got them wrong! Cannot use app without validation, yet they dont know the correct answers to the questions asked!

The app works fine, but I think its total BS that your mobile website tracking will not work. I dont want to have download an app for a shipping service I rarely use just because FedEx cant get its crap together.

Great app, they improved a lot then previous version and now we can see the rate with in app. Waiting for pickup and shipping from the app without launch out.
