You need to fix this. Continue to receive an "Exam Error" message asking me to come back later. The APIs now useless.

This app is horrible!! It cant even validate my address?? Youre required to answer questions like phone numbers and previous addresses and its saying that it cant validate my address? What a joke. I think I know where Ive lived and my phone numbers better than you do Fedex. Now it doesnt even give you an option to validate. It has literally given up.

just sign the door thing dont be lured by the option of scanning the tag to have them leave you Le package, youll have to sign in or sign up and then it wont even work making you curse their name a write a frustrated review

It always crashes when I try to log in or process hold. In the final step after I fill everything out . Worst app

Youre supposed to be able to put in vacation hold or ask for a package hold. I have a shipment on the way to me and none of those options appear.

I am at FedEx to ship a package that needed packing. The counter person ask me for my account number. I log into my FedEx app. No profile section. No account number lookup. Had to use full website. I shipped 3 packages from two locations. Checked the app last night Neither shows up in the app Checked today. NOTHING. Deleted the app

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK

Keeps telling me it is unable to process request and try back again another time. Essentially useless. Fedex, you can do better than this. Giving two stars instead of one since the app would otherwise seem to work fine.

Very poorly thought out. They need to use the UPS app as an example. UPS automatically tracks all packages being sent to you or sent by you. This app does not seem to talk to the online Fedex website which is awful too. FedEx is a great shipper but needs a great app and this is not it.

App closes on its own after spinning for a few seconds when clicked on "Details" of tracked package that is in transit status (also the first tracked item in my list.) Please fix.

Great. Sometimes it freezes and the app closed completely. Wish it had Apple Keychain integration. TouchID integration please. Customer service chat right in app.

I get so many of the "the action you requested cannot be completed at this time". So frustrating.

New ui is hard to figure out. old ui was ez to understand and you knew where your package was without looking at details

What happened to the option to see saved tracking numbers?

Have been trying to use this app for months. Every time I try to complete my set up for delivery manager, it says there is an error, or my request cant be completed and to try again in a few minutes. Its really irritating!

Easily setup in a few minutes. Good security questions for delivery notifications

It sends you to the website for everything worthless

Apparently the FedEx app version 1.0.2 is designed for iPhone and works better on iPhone than the older FedEx Mobile version 7.6. On the iPhone it is very useful and does work nicely with Delivery Manager without going to the website. However, on my iPad, the older version 7.6 is superior to the new 1.0.2 version. Luckily I did not delete the old version when the new one arrived - mainly because the new one does not overlay the older one - yes, I now have both app versions on both iPhone and iPad. I cannot give 5 stars until it works better on iPad.

You just cant enroll into fedex delivery manager on the app or either online-keeps giving errors! Hence my mattress was not dropped off at my apartment and was done so at the front desk! This is so lame
